The Philippines had been blessed with a leader with a political will and one of these is the issue of giving the citizens a good and reliable, fast, and more importantly, way more cheaper than the current services of the two oligarch telco giants which sucked the pockets of the people white because of their expensive and unreliable Internet service.
On the cabinet meeting his cabinet secretaries asked for some more time to give the incoming telco player the frequencies needed for its operation. Apparently the government have to buy back the frequencies it gave to a telco that didn't operate and that made the president Duterte mad so he didn't gave the secretaries the time they need to fix that issue.
So the president wants the new telco from China to be operational by March this year and that makes me happy along with millions of Filipinos because as with the political will of our country's president to give us all affordable Internet service we would get it in the soonest possible time with no let up or anyone hindering it.
Because the president warned those who wants to fuck with the current government to stop in their tracks and plans because our president will not let them derail the plan to give the people an adequate and cheap access to the Internet and that makes me happy.

That's good news. There is nothing I like pass a president ( any leader ) that has interest of his people at heart.
