After a brief exchange on steem.chat I've been "permitted" to continue.
I am un-muted again and to celebrate this small victory of fluffyness...
Not so Quick - An Update on the Situation:
all comments and posts are still receiving immediate automated flags
@cuddlekitten will remain muted to avoid further reputation damage.
Cuddles will be almost twice as strong!
that should also help to distinguish these cuddles from actual spam
unfortunately that also means cuddles will be going out less frequently
onwards to more cuddles!
and to be clear: cuddles = upvotes

Hi Jill, thanks for the feedback and support!
I really love the non-verbose nature of the kitten's interactions and she actually hasn't received any negative feedback so far. I am still unsure how she got blacklisted to begin with, a single flag by an irritated user would have been fine, legit and totally acceptable... as a matter of fact, the kitten understands a flag and will never comment or vote the flagging user again.
The black-listing and auto flagging is a different story, but gladly the kitten has been getting a lot of positive support during this short crisis and upon closer inspection of the situation her ban was lifted without much fuzz.
In the end all is good and I'll have to file this under well-intended-policing-getting-out-of-hand!

You'll only see a minor deduction in cuddle-intensity and you'll fall-off the likeability ranking in an almost regular fashion.
Anything below 20% is totally fine... If you had over 80% the kitten would ignore you by default... in between there's a a progressive "penalty" in terms of reduced cuddling ;)

Yeah, I'll probably upvote my own posts until I'm well powered up. And since I just heard about the .02 dust vote threshold, probably more- since I wouldn't want to waste my friend's voting power with their small votes. It'll be like them going half on a coffee for me.
Perhaps it's able to be offset by 1:10 ratio of other voting. If I increase my voting for myself, I'll increase other voting too. That's a lot of voting lol!

Yeah... the dust threshold being at 2ct was new to me too... I always thought less than 0.01 wasn't paid out (e.g. 0.005SBD)... but the 2ct mark is a disappointment! I'll retune the kittens in the next few days so their votes don't go to waste anymore (they currently target the 0.01 per vote - i'll up that to 0.02 and decrease their frequency accordingly)

Also, that post in particular was just inundated with one bot after another and it's changed my perception on bots all together. I ask you via this post, because I'd much rather not use the flag button.
