Steemit Whitepaper for Bringing Health Services to the Poor and Homeless

Poor and homeless people find themselves in their circumstances for a variety of reasons including addiction, domestic violence, political conflict, poor financial decisions, war, mental health issues, etc. I am in the healthcare business and believe there is a way we can use the power of Steemit to help those folks receive much needed mental health and primary care and the boost they need. I would like to work on a whitepaper describing how we can use the global distribution of Steemit to activate those who have the time, expertise, and inclination (nurses for example) to help those in need.
