“Slow and steady wins the race” the famous quote almost every person read this once in his/her life but forget to implement. The only reason people are failing here is because they lost patience.

What is happening?

Type 1 : They sign up, blog, and nobody upvote thats it they quit after 2 – 3 blogs.

Type 2 : They sign up, blog, and nobody upvote. They see other people are getting votes and earnings on good morning wishes. WTF?? How?? Why I am not getting upvote?? my blog is 100 times better than these wishes. The reason behind those people have high STEEM POWER, people upvote them hoping that they will return favor.
New users thinking how i am able to earn that much steem power comes to the conclusion that more he will active more he/she will earn but that not the case. It is true that being active will help you but not in that way you think. You must have to influence other people from your post. When you flooded the feed with your post people will start to ignore you, unfollow you. In that process your valuable post will also become hidden from users.

Type 3 : They sign up, blog, and nobody upvote. They come to know i dont have any STEEM POWER so people don't care. They buy STEEM hoping that it will help them to get upvote. It will help initially but after some time it will not.
People here on steemit is not only for rewards, they want something new something unique and if you are not able to give them that they start ignoring you even if you have high steempower. People who don't know how to write, how to influence other people will get nothing here even after buy STEEM.fail.jpg

Type 4 : Stay calm and do their work. Post, comment, upvote and repeat. They explore ways to influence people with their work. They do not post every hour. They don't follow people blindly. They don't give up vote blindly even if there vote doesn't count. They don't up vote on good morning messages. They learn from mistakes. Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 people mistakes. calm.jpg
