Can someone please help me with my Steemit Wallet math?

How does 487.332 STEEM + 20.538 SD = approx. $313.42 (I assume this is US dollars?)?

Right now Steem is trading around $3 US on coinmarketcap.com - how does this factor into the above?

Is there an exchange rate between Steem and Steem Power?

          1 Steem Power = 1 Steem. The dollar estimation uses an average price feed (average price over the last week or so) - see my post: https://steemit.com/steemit/@scrawl/missed-out-on-the-steem-pump-don-t-worry

            Estimated value is too low. Because it uses a 7 day average. You hold quite a bit more.
