Am gonna be very real with you now from my personal experience in steemit.

1.Honesty.
Just be honest and try to see beyond the money and incentives..Honesty pays anytime any day.

2.Be Original.
Origininality is a virtue and it's the prime potent for gathering invotes.

3.Be Brief.
Been brief and precise is also another serious formular for accumulating votes.
