What are the advantages then of having an Anonymous Steemit account when you can't have the introductory or verification posts that pay more?

    Because if you are an activist, you will not be harassed by the government. In germany people go to prison for mildly criticizing the political establishment.

    Not everyone live in a country where free speech is permitted. Many countries are totalitarian.
