I'm keeping the streak going at 5 for 5, having just bought more Steem and powering it up AGAIN. During 2017, a few generous Steemians delegated some Steem power to me, and the last bit of that delegation ended earlier this week, so my interest in regaining Steem power is even higher.
Today I used the internal market to buy Steem with SBD, although I have also used Blocktrades in the past for this same transaction.
After converting from SBD to STEEM, I then power up the Steem into Steem Power through my Steemit wallet.
And voila, more Steem Power with which I can support the Steemit community and other creators and curators! Join me in the 2018 Steemit power up project!

Awesome @davidpakman. I wish in 2018 could be implemented a change in steemit that it would forbide to upvote our own account or comments. For me it doesn't make much sense, since we should be using our votes to support projects we like and making it mandatory would make more people do it.
