Steam Power Question

I'm a little confused.

If I have 1000 Steam Power, how much is this worth in $$ and how much will it grow in value (percentage) per month/year. I cannot find anything addressing this.

Value wise, what's the benefit of holding it for the long term?

        what I mean to say is, what is the financial benefit to holding steam power as opposed to holding steam dollars and steem?

          what is that bracket below steem power? My used to have numbers in that bracket but it all disappeared! How come? Please advise?
