Let's Make STEEM Great Again

Wouldn't it cause a type of artificial inflation though? Wouldn't it be a good thing short-term but be negative down the track? STEEM and SBD aren't very well-known outside the community and a lack of advertising steemit is the cause as far as my knowledge goes.

Listing on an exchange will cause a temporary pump and dump as with any coins. Long term we are dealing with an accessibility issue. People like to use the exchange that they are familiar with. More exchanges opens Steemit up to people that wouldn’t otherwise use it. This means Steemit growth and the more users will increase price. The relationship of active users vs value is an exponential one. Every time the number of users double the price increases 4X.

So when steemit does eventually get advertising programs in place we should see exponential growth in the price of the associated coins too. Also I agree with what you are saying, it makes sense that the more places the coins are listed the more visibility steemit gains in general.
