This is mostly true. But what about within a single post? Can they be overly brief?

Of course, the topic makes a difference. If we are discussing the substance of light, a short answer is not enough. If your point is about love, a short discussion is useful only as an introduction to a novel.

On Steemit, we must balance between losing the readers attention and not satisfying their reason for viewing your post.

Longer posts require more time and energy to produce. If you must go slow to produce quality, then go slow!

Speed can kill your readers desire to visit you again.
