Steemit WRITER's WAY. How people lose motivation

in steemit •  6 years ago  (edited)

We all know how it's hard to work for nothing. We make posts that worth hours of real life for us and get for it only 0.01$ or less or more sometimes. If those "sometimes" are really rare we get demotivated and dull to produce new content for this platform.

It happens with everyone. You need to make alot forward, before you get everything good that you want. Some people are lucky, and they got to good stuff fast, but it's only less than 1 - 5%, it's statistical error, people who make it faster in right time and place.

GREEN ZONE - maximum peak. You bealive that you can make it true by bare power and some luck. You write comments, participate in everything you can. Do smt, you are in search of methods and strategies, but you fail, and your effort goes down
RED ZONE - you ocasionaly go back to steemit to watch some popular posts and feed.
BLUE ZONE - you start again posting, but you save energy, you keep work quite.

I feel bad that steemit doesn't have an algorithm that shows posts that fit this math programm. Here we have more like occasion/people paradigm, where everything good happens because someone found you by a chance, and help you. You need to get people's eyes.

On steemit you need to hack people at mass. You improve your chance to get success by making posts everyday, evety 5 hour, every hour etc but please keep quality
