As you can see from the screenshot below (taken from steem.suply a few minutes ago), the SBD printing rate dropped from 100% to 83%:
That means you may start seeing in your rewards a little bit of STEEM too, on top of the SBD you get. SBD printing rate is adjusted by consensus witnesses and it's a tool for maintaining SBD peg to $1, by controlling its supply.

Yes I too can see that. As steem price goes down so as the market cap and hence the debt ratio again goes above 9%. Sadly steem is not being able to hold on to that gains.
