I just started today. Is curating the same thing as upvoting someone else's publication?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    It essentially means "to assess" i believe. Google translate says "select, organize, and look after the items in (a collection or exhibition)".
