#steemit the fast life

In the age of ICT era, we tend to move very fast. We may think that life may always be instant. Like the food we eat we always took it instant, our duties, chores and others. We take life as instant. We often tend to forget to loose up and relax because of our business and unwind.
I for an instance, i do a lot of social media transactions and browsings everyday to the point that i forgot the things that i used to do in the past. People become lazy because of the thongs that are instantly present. Kids nowadays dont know how to play the games that we used to play when we are young. The are contended in plucking their smartphones and ipads so that they will enjoy.
Technology is not bad but sometimes we tend to move so fast we forgot the simple things that make us happy.
Our families, the joy of being in their companion, the easy life of being in the rural areas, the breath of fresh air, the chatting with friends without using social media platforms.

We need to relax a while, just to freshen us up. Like what i do after class,instead of doing social medias, FB, youtube, etc., I sit back, sip a cup of coffee and listen to relaxing music. Thatenergizes me a lot.
