Does my Steem Power grow without logging in?

How does it work please explain -- Does it stake/grow/whatever on its on, do I need to login, or do I need to vote?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    The Steem Power "grows" without doing anything. However, you can get extra Steem Power by voting and resteeming other people posts, what is called curation rewards.
