Steem Follower has a follower exchange and an upvote exchange service. The follower exchange offer users you can follow and accordingly people will follow you back; when you follow a user, through SteemFollower. And the upvote exchange present posts you can upvote. As you upvote more posts, your points will increases thus you will get upvotes on the last post you make.
Between yesterday and today, the follow-up service has postponed and frankly I am convinced of it at all. This is due to the fact that followers are not real in the true sense.
On the other hand, I have no news of why the service is suspended or will be returned or not.

I tried to use this for a while, but did not get a real felling of it, it might be that I did not give it enough time, but I think the layout and content should be build better. Yes it is good to have a sharing community and we should help fellow steemies. It must be room and a wanted portal to use. Hope it will come back with new and strengthening force:-)
