Do you ever feel fear of death, of being single and old, fear of failure or success? You're not alone and many might say normal. How do you get anything done with all those the thoughts swirling around? If you know what works for you, do more of it. If you feel good exercising, run a little farther. If you feel good spending time with your family, set an intention to do something fun this week.
Connect with yourself and others you love. Often I find people are depressed or angry when they are disconnected with themselves. Take care of yourself evermore in these changing times. And reach out.
