I would suggest reading "The Four Agreements", by don Miguel Ruiz , there is an entire section on toxic people. His views and understanding are refreshing at the least, and can be very helpful.

    You are very welcome...I hope it helps. I think in the end it is a personal matter, we each learn our own way...but tools to get there are always good :)
