Thanks for making this report.
I was aware people used the follow-unfollow technique but I didn't realise to this extent.
17,000 unfollows they tustve been very busy!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Thanks, it is pretty widespread on steemit! In one of my earlier reports there was a user who had unfollowed 35,000 in 1 day!
