We are still in the early stages of crypto and steemit. I would expect a lot of volatility for at least a year. I'v found buying and holding to be the best strategy for me. Trying to time the market has not worked well, but I do buy the dips.

Hey @elyaque - You're exactly right. The idea is to not let your emotions get the best of you to where you see the market turning so you either buy too soon or sell too early.
The old Wall Street saying goes: Bulls, Bears Make Money, Pigs Get Slaughtered.
The market will always rebound...cryptocurrency's volatility is not for the faint of heart. If you can't be in it for the long haul, don't bother getting in.

Btc mediates half of the market it's normal to be on a down wave atm.. When btc drops most the coins drop.

When STEEM was at $2.12 @stephenkendal made a post setting the Year End target price of STEEM to +$4.70. Among other things mentioned that Steem was strong undervalued. Having the same opinion with him and checking further the technical analysis chart i found that the +$4.70 has to do with the resistance level (0.0020 BTC was aprox $5.60 usd that period). If we agree that STEEM would be bulish the next resistance level would be at 0,0029 btc that was aprox $8.12 usd that time. Is also known that summer is not good period for the markets and after everything will be back to normal STEEM has great chances to reach the above price levels.
