I was ready to argue that this will be good not bad but you're right. What we're doing right now is creating a gilded age of Steem where a few huge users control all the power, with the majority being given the illusion of power but not actually having it should they go against a huge user. It's a hard problem to solve.

HF 18 only sorta works because all the whales backed out of voting, which isn't quite fair to them either. So, behind teh programming aspect is an extremely important voting culture thing that has to be unwound too.

Thanks for the update best of the three I have read on HF 19. @elyaque I went to convert some etherium to steem and the built in drop down has gone and now it appears we are taken to an external link for block trades. Any idea what the reason is not comfortable with this change. Can you give any advice on this ?

Sounds like a mix of good and bad. Yes, fix the bugs like the delegation cancellation bug but too many changes at once is confusing and hard to tell the impact of the various parts.. As a minnow, I'm still learning the ins and outs.
