Instead of focusing on price, focus on functionality. People will choose the best solution and the best integration. And to be honest you have to be on the nerdy side to properly use the service. I think that is where the largest growth potential is. The growth in price will follow adoption, not what stakeholders wish for.

I think that way. We can see a lot of coins now with course more then 10$. But this coins has not such big community. But Steem has it. I wait the course of Steem 5-10$ at the end if 2017.

Think about this:
Who has the best Wallet?
You go on Steemit and write something (a post, a comment, a reply), vote and get paid to your wallet.

When did you get some extra money in your bank account for asking your bank about something or tell them your opinion?
And they can not even transfer money for you fast enough?
And this cost you money?

That is the real secret!

So, who will be big?

Price of STEEM will be more than 100$ by the end of this year (and I am not optimistic).
Have you seen the price of some other coin that do not have what we have?

We have the best Wallet! People will see the difference soon.

Agree 100% with you on that one! I have some other crypto, and it is always a problem to find the right and SECURE WALLETS, before I buy a coin I check if they have a good Wallet solution, If there is none or a not good one, I avoid to buy the coin.

We also have the fastest Wallet there is, wait and see what people think about that.
Have you tried Bitcoin lately? What will happen when people see the difference?

I have paid with Steem in a shop from my Wallet it was so easy!
The interest I get on my Steem Power in the Wallet is more than the bank pay me for the money I have there.

I'd hope it will be well over a dollar by then, but it depends on how Steemit grows. We're gaining a lot of users right now, but will they be able to handle a flood of people with manual checks? I expect they are working on automating this. I'd like to see 250k users by then. As we gain more people with influence it will speed up. These are exciting times.

2725/5421 is ok and up a bit but we have a long way to go to gain social media penetration. There are billions of people online. I proposed a simple solution and although it won't work like magic if even just a few of us take it seriously we can increase the Steemit user base significantly.

Great post! To me it looks that we are entering bubble territory for a vast majority of alt coins (except Bitcoin probably). Just think about and analyze the following facts:

At least several dozens alt coins market caps skyrocketed 300%-4000%(yes, four thousand!) recently just over last 2 months!

The beginning of sharp increase happened around middle of March of 2017 for ALL alt coins!

Yes, some alt coins sharp increase is logically justifiable. For example, Ripple XRP: http://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/01/japanese-banks-plan-to-adopt-blockchain-for-payments.html . Maybe there are couple other alt coins where this huge growth is also justifiable.

But for vast majority of other alt coins nothing has changed drastically during the last 2 months! At all! Neither in their technologies development, nor in their business development! But nevertheless, their market cap skyrocketed 300%-4000% in just 2 months!

The only explanation which comes to mind is that huge amount of new capital is coming to cryptocurrencies market. Probably these are the people/investors who have heard about the first wave of Bitcoin and Ethereum successes, and they have a FOMO (fear of missing out) now. They don't have deep understanding of cryptocurrencies space and their differences, but because of FOMO they still invest in all other alt coins hoping to hit jackpot!

Does it remind you anything? Yes, exactly, dot com bubble of 2000 looks very similar!

Therefore, I would expect some kind of significant downside price correction within next several months for the majority of alt coins. Would you agree?
