I was predicting steemit population will hit 1 million users by December. We still seem far from it.

I think it's because most of us spend time posting and less time in telling non steemians about steemit.

@steevc I just saw your profile and it says you're a guitarist, I'm one too but I spend more time on the keyboard these days.

My love for bass guitar is huge

Steem is always being sold off by whales in order to jump into other coins and tokens, it is very liquid in that fashion. Also, the currency inflation rate is awfully high, and there is an infinite supply, so don't expect it to go too high.

When millions of people start using the different Steem driven platforms, the value will increase, but not by much, because remember, the supply will always be printed more and more every year.
