Quickly after the announcement of @steem-ua, I decided to join this initiative and delegate some of my Steem Power to the program. In return of delegating 100 SP I receive 4 upvotes a week and can track my progress in the user authority score. Now that I'm "enrolled" in the program almost 2.5 months, I thought it was nice to have a look at my progress and what it brought me in rewards.
Progress
When I first got an upvote from @steem-ua, on September 7th, I was on #45859 (with an UA of 1.161) compared to all other Steemians. As of today I'm on #37067 (with 1.488), an improvement of nearly 9.000 spots.
Return
I was wondering how much the total return has been since I started delegating, but I cannot find a good source for that at the moment. If anyone has a good source of the full history of rewards, let me know!
Looking at the return I got last month is easier, since I can use "good old" steemworld.org and steemreports.com. The past 31 days I received 14.9% of my upvotes/rewards from @steem-ua. Given the fact I got 19.5 SP in rewards in that period, That compares to 2.9 SP of rewards. When you multiply that with 12 months, the total yearly return should be somewhere in the range of 35 SP. Given that I only delegated 100 SP, I think this is a very good return. Especially when you take into account that you don't have to invest Steem or fiat in the program and you can always get your delegation back in 5 days.

Steem-au despite the drop in upvotes really is still one of the best guaranteed upvote projects on Steemit right now that give a good return on investment because there is outside funding and limited self upvoting. I really appreciate what they are doing for the platform.

I have no clue how they do their upvotes, from what it looks like their 4x upvotes each week to 100SP delegators are bigger compared to the 7x upvotes for 250SP delegators. From the upvote round this post from you got a 2% 0.20$ upvote from, I only got a 1% 0.15$ upvote from. It's still above the 10x self upvote worth for the leased SP so you don't hear me complaining.

Steem-ua Upvote = 0.15$ -25% curation = 0.1125$
Their upvotes tend te be rather unpredictable but are given consistently (the day before it was 0.26$). I have no clue how the ranks and such play a role in the upvote values.
The 10x self upvote is for me the main number I'm looking at and very few upvote groups actually provide that which makes member support the group instead of the other way around. I already removed my delegations from curator and make-a-whale and completely stopped sending money to SBI because their numbers just don't add up. I'm always on the look out for projects that do provide some actual value like steem-ua but they are rare. If yu come across some make sure to let me know :)

Very interesting indeed that the upvotes vary so much. I did notice it on my personal upvotes as well, but I expected you to continuously get better upvotes because of your higher UA. This makes clear that you have to look at a longer period to really compare it honestly.
Since I don't self-vote, the 10x self vote is not that important to me, but the total ROI/ROD (return on delegation) is obviously quite closely related to this. Unfortunately I don't know any good examples at the moment, but I'll surely let you know when I do.

You can also steemfriends.org.
If you fill in your username and then click on contributers, you see who did upvote you, for how much and in how many posts.
You can also set a specific timefame.

That means about $3 a month (which is 4 Steem (Power) at the current low price). I guess this includes the 25% that goes to curators, so that makes 3 SP for me a month (which again is pretty close to my calculation above).

Steemworld is a great website indeed, but you can only look at general totals for a specific period. I usually combine it with data from steemreports.com to be able to calculate the numbers for the previous month.
I'm curious what you are going to get. I see you have just over 5,000 steps, so I'd expect something in the range of $0.07-$0.10.
