Just after posting my introduction, I wondered what to post but I must say I found difficulties in choosing a topic. Then I thought there should be a lot of people who don't post a lot in steemit because they also don't find what to post, especially people like me who have never written long articles before joining steemit. After thinking a little, I asked myself a series of questions: "Is it really that I do not know what to post? I lived 23 years and I have nothing to share with others?? Is that true?" The answer to this questions was obvious: of course not! I have a lot of things I can talk about all the time! So what's the problem? I ended up finding it and here it is: it's not that I do not know what to post, but the problem is that I do not think my topics are so important to interest others! I said to myself BINGO! That's the first problem I have to solve if I want to succeed in steemit!

The solution

I think we all have things that we can share with others, but as I said, we all tell ourselves that our stories and topics aren't good enough and no one will enjoy them. And this is where the doubt arises, and unfortunately, when doubt arises, there will be no room for creativity but just frustration. So, what's the solution? Here it is: You need to believe that what you have to offer is important to others! You need to believe in yourself because if you don't do so, no one will! When you believe that what you have to offer to the world is very important, everyone will believe it too.   

From inside to outside

But we are all trying to go in the opposite direction. We want above all to be certain that what we want to share will interest others, so we try to change our thoughts to please them. But it doesn't work that way. It's from the inside to the outside. You need to believe your message will be interesting purely because it comes from you and because everyone wants to know what YOU find interesting. And when people see that you assume who you are and that you just share what you like and that you're passionate about it, they are probably going to admire you and respect your message. And even if no one cares about your message, who cares? This is not a failure! The true failure, as I said, is to try to be another person just to please others. But to trust yourself and to assume who you are, that's the real success. Everything else doesn't really matter.  

So if you have something that interests you and you want to share it, go for it! Believe in yourself. Don't try to impress the others, just be yourself. But that doesn't mean not making any effort. Just try be your best self.
