You seem to be less of the odd one out as time progresses... upon the initial payout everyone was getting greedy and crying about not getting thousands of dollars for their posts.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
