I'm a bit confused, how does this work...

You earn points and redeem them for an upvote, that is if you get an upvote from @partiko. Secondly when the payout is due I recieved 0.000 Rewards...

Could anyone explaine this to me please?

Is steem and supporting apps dead or what's happening?

    Partiko seems to have left Steem but their systems are still running. No one has been able to get a hold of anyone the team in at least 6 months.

        Yep, looks partiko is dead. You should try the esteem app. Way better.
