It proposed
- No More Penalties For Posting More Than 4 Times A Day
- Rewards Will Have Only A 7 Days Payment Window
- The Actual Value Of Rewards Will Be Determined On A 30 Days Window
- Rewards Have Their Own Balance
- Arbitrary Split Of Rewards
- Delegating Steem Power
- No More Mining
- and other things. I also heard that it would eliminate the 6 deep nesting limit for comments.
Funny thing. I understand the thing about limits to posting and limits to commenting. That's pretty straight forward and simple. The other stuff? Not so much. The other stuff reminds me of something a lawyer would say. Clear as mud.
I've found in the last half century that when something is needlessly complex...it means someone is lying. They're being deceitful. Otherwise why not call a spade a damn shovel?
That said...
IF (big IF) Steemit is to survive, then it needs to attract and retain users. People don't generally like to be lied to. STOP IT. Say what you mean, mean what you say.
