Wise word from you because it is very obvious that it can be done if we neglect all divisible factor factor in between us be it tribe, religion, ethnicity, colour, race etc and rise to our responsibility, I believe things will turn around for good.
Take for instance in steemit community we can turn around things for better if all of us were ready to rise to their purpose and do the needful of them that is stop lamenting or expecting miracle with proper work.
