HOW DO I MOVE FROM LOW RATING TO HIGH RATINGS

Can someone show me how to move from my low ratings to high rates so that my posts and comments won't be hidden. I really need to learn and work hard to be like @ned.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
