Everyone wants to be successful on steemit; everyone want to see consistent high paying posts on their blog, but is it possible for just anyone to achieve this? Maybe not but then that is based on what you see as steemit success. Some people might see steemit succes as being paid out hundred or thousands of dollars per posts, where as others might see it as earning a little bit of extra cash on the side. Even though it may not be a given that you will achieve steemit success, there are certainly a few things that you can do to increase your chances.

Identify what you deem as steemit success

How can you ever achieve steemit success if you don't even know what steemit success is? As I mentioned before, this can be different from person to person. Some people might just want an extra income on the side, while others may want to make steemit a full time job; steemit success looks different to everybody. So the first step to steemit success if to identify what steemit success is.

Set smaller, achievable goals

Of course everyone's ultimate goal is to reach their steemit success but this can take a very long time and make you feel less motivated to carry on if you don't think you are getting anywhere. Start off small. Set achievable goals that you can reach, these could be a followers milestone or reaching a certain amount of steem power. No matter what the goal is you will feel successful when it is reached, motivating you to keep going and producing good quality posts for steemit.

Persevere

Everyone has times when they've worked incredibly hard on a post and only see it get a couple of upvotes. While this can be disheartening after spending so much time on it you just have to remember that this is bringing you closer to your goal. Even the lowest paying posts can give your account some steem power and attract more followers to your blog. Just persevere and keep producing posts, making sure that you are posting consistently and you will see your account continue to grow.

Put in the effort

It's very unlikely that you are going to see huge rewards on your posts from just posting one picture, or writing a few lines. My highest paying posts are always the ones that I have put the most effort into, in fact the one I did put the most effort into paid me over $250. Consistently putting a lot of effort into your posts could possibly attract some whales to your account, and therefore consistently getting a lot of high paying posts.

Be active in the community

At its core, steemit is just like any other social media site. By being active in the community you will see your followers grow and thus see more regular upvotes to your posts. You can do this as simply as commenting on other people's posts and making a name for yourself, attracting more people to your blog.
