De developers need to validate everything manually. To prevent scammers/bots. Give them some time.

I know it's annoying but once your account is validated, there's no more delays.

And you get a platform with pretty much no bots and spammers.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
