Let's face it unless you are a bot you can't cover all the digital bases - Posting, Curating, Comments, Sharing, etc.
Your brain is your biggest asset.
Here are some basic learnings that I have had excellent repeatable success. I like the transportation analogy. Aren't we always going somewhere?
Gas
CHOLINE - This substance is fundamental in focus,memory. Humans cannot produce this substance and must obtain it from their diets. Choline is precursor for acetylcholine which directly affects the central nervous system.

Depending on the day's activities I like to get 1000mg a day which 600mg at the start of the day.
Acetylcholine is a Neurotransmitter used for "processing" information NOT transmitting information.
Spark Plugs
The electricity of the body and the movement of charge is facilitated by MAGNESIUM. I like to think of this as the precursor co-factor for transmitting information/signals. "More than 300 enzymes require magnesium ions for their catalytic action, including all enzymes using or synthesizing ATP and those that use other nucleotides to synthesize DNA and RNA. "
Interesting note is that plants need magnesium in order to get energy from photosynthesis. Hmm....
Highways
The highways of electrical charge are the nerves. A good road is free of pot holes and smooth. DHA is a substance that helps the nerves build and develop pathways. Brain craves this substance as we have discovered from the developing brains of babies. In fact, many infant formulas include this in their mixtures.
REST
Sleep - The duration is NOT as important as the quality. This process is the garbage collection and removal process. You need don't want stinking foods you have picked up on your road trip sitting around in your head (Brain Fog) the next day. I like the 5 - 8 hour window. Magnesium (see above) seems to be vital in this trash collection process so take a little before bed.
Now, Nicotine and Caffeine work great to drive this car faster but WATCH OUT there are cops/smokeys/fuzz/highway parol/etc along the way and you don't want a ticket.

I like your post: i use tCDS, (Trans cranial direct current stimulation) HBOT ( Hyperbolic Oxygen Treatment) Meditation and Nu-tropic supplements. Not sure if it makes me any smarter but since i got on a routine in January i have lost 30 lbs and feel great every day.
