Slide the selection all the way down to 'Decline Payout' like this:
Then press the 'post' button.

Yeah, that's my idea exactly. Steemit is the most crowdfunded crowdsourced thing I've ever seen in my life. But we're still dependent on the GUI which the steemit team provides, aka the website, right?
