I suggest that the number for how many post you have is not so important than how many posts per day you put out and the quantity of them. Instead of 1 posts every hour take time for to make just one post and you will not get voted down by #STEEMIT itself but it will be more popular for jour followers to read your posts and give you bigger upvotes. I think this si one of the options i find out what is reason that you fall down to (11). This is just my opinion i like to help you as you say yesterday in the your post.
