THE WORKOUT:

This is a circuit workout. Complete each movement back-to-back then rest 1-2 minutes. Complete the entire circuit 3 times!

30-45 second plank | optional: plank circles
15 dumbbell pullovers on exercise ball
15 rows on a TRX band
10 side lunge & squat progression
8 single arm chest fly on bosu ball
10 bosu side-to-side lunge
10 plank to drag
15 medicine ball slams
