Everyone I know is in some type of crisis
and everyone I know feels at least somewhat alone.
in a world that is seemingly falling apart, here there are answers, so many answers, and so many people with different dreams and struggles... honestly, I wake up in the morning and can't wait to get on here!
Steemit reminds me that dialogue is still possible,
that listening is something that others still do.
Here we hold each others hands, comfort each others hearts, and are in a community of loving inhabitants. The lack of trolls, assholes, negativity, downvotes and creeps that are all over the web in other places is just astounding. I truly do feel safe here and I hope you do too.
Flourishing in crisis means that we can get beyond chaos, immaturity, dysfunctions, oppressions, criticism, self-doubts and lose our props... what we hold on to that keeps us separate... our cubicles, self-doubts, our competitiveness.
I see so much risk taking here, so much vulerability and realness.
I am so thankful that I have found Steemit, which has become the soul nutrients of my online life. No matter what I read before, what forums, what blogs, the immediacy of Steemit has brought real conversations about everything to me. Loneliness is a thing of the past!
