We used a homemade burger bun made out of corn fluor. All the ingredients are made in Switzerland and most of them are organic.
For the patty we like to use beef, onion, salt, pepper, moustard, parsley and an optional egg yolk.
Be careful with the heat. Especially grills and open fires can burn those nice ingredients. We really don't want to lose flavour.
This burger wouldn't be a #1 Burger world-wide without bacon and cheddar.
Build the burger with love and humility.
The ultimate clue is an egg topping. Done!

Thank you. It depends. The burger was in pan so not that much smokey flavour. But the Pizza in the stone oven tasted godly. It really gives that "italian" stone oven flavour.
