One of the biggest coffee franchises is Starbucks, which started out as a small cafe in Seattle and now has thousands of branches around the world. As a company this cafeteria has managed to transcend and in Mexico is fighting its place with other franchises such as Gloria Jeans, Italian Coffee, Coffee York, etc.
In one of our most recent articles on local cafeteria marketing, we used the example of the marketing strategies that Starbucks uses to enter people's minds and become present in brands. And again I repeat the example:
How many American movies have you seen the characters enter a Starbucks cafe, do scenes on them or go out with a drink that is recognized by its logo? Or, how many photos of paparazzi do the artists leave with a drink of this brand?
This may be a free advertising but it is still advertising. Definitely this brand has done something well to get into the minds of so many people in the world who decide to buy their coffee despite their prices and therefore the Starbucks franchises are becoming more.
It should be clear that Starbucks is a company that does not sell franchises but that makes partners and that puts branches, nevertheless the people locate to the company like franchises and what popular it has called it, that is why within our articles we refer to Starbucks as a franchise.

The strategies employed by this company are not used by any business. Have you noticed that we did not easily find Starbucks advertising in a newspaper, spectacular or bus stop or in similar places that are expected to find their advertising and instead we see a Mc Donalds.
The Starbucks coffee company has decided to have an unconventional marketing campaign. They believe that unconventional ways of promoting cafes and branding are not only fun and not the most appropriate to their concept.

As such the perfect cup of coffee does not exist, but Starbucks has been in charge of presenting it to the public as such. They do this through an emphasis on the quality of the products they employ.

Although they use a coffee costs their prices are higher than the drinks seem, nevertheless there are many consumers and experts in coffee that assure that its flavor and aroma is worth it.

The Third Place

From the beginning as a market strategy has focused on creating and be the "third place," is the third place that everyone goes after home and work.

Brand Marketing

Starbucks has always focused its marketing in that its advertising speaks by itself, that is to say, it expresses what it has to express without looking for another sense or that needs a broad context.

This is a key point for them, since customers or people familiar with the brand know how to distinguish their advertising from any other coffee shop.

Clearly there are many things that have been key for this brand to have managed to expand in the world and achieve the success it has and will continue to have in a long time.

There are even people who have started writing books based on this company's marketing strategies to apply to the success of others. Perhaps they may seem a bit abstract in the beginning but becoming familiar with the brand becomes clearer.
