HER REGRET

"Are you sure aborting the baby is the best option?" The doc shot an uncertain look at Nancy and lifted his shoulders.
"I can't keep the baby, its illegitimate; Nancy sobs.
"There might be subsequent complications, its my duty to let you know"
"I don't care about some complications doc, I'm carrying a bastard child and that's all that matters"
"OK, follow me". It was carried out successfully through a caesarean operation. She felt relieved.

5 YEARS LATER:

 "After a critical examination on your situation, Mr and Mrs Dan, I can convincingly say this is the report of the test we took". The doc hands a  report to Mrs Nancy who has pessimism written all over her face.
 "What does the report say?" Mr Dan retorted.
 "Your wife's inability to conceive is as a result of a damage to her womb, definitely as a result of an abortion in the past; He looked at a bewildered Mr Dan and shrugged his shoulders. He continued, " Its a pity to say she can't conceive again".
  "What?" Mr Dan screamed.
  "I'm sorry honey; Nancy bursted out crying.
 A situation she couldn't control in the past, a problem she couldn't handle now, HER REGRET!
