Have you noticed the shift in our community, too?

Over the past few weeks i have seen a decided shift in the culture here.
Its much more regular folks rather than just old timers here.
No more whale sycophants dominating the conversations, more everyday joes and janes getting to know each other.
Its about time, if you ask me.
I was getting tired of the bs that is the attitude of those that have more than they need and have never been without.
They think their attitude is normal, and for them it is, but as power is a pyramid, the higher you go, the less you fit in with those on the lower levels.
Its why rich people live behind gates.
Maybe steem is growing up to be a real social media site and no longer just an insider money grab?
That will be nice.

I guess in a way I have noticed. I'm having trouble keeping up with everything. It seems like there is more interaction.

I just added you to the steem basic income, we both benefit :-) and this is part of my "pay it forward".

Thanks, every little bit helps.
If steem makes it to 100usd these pennies will be dollars.

I hope so, I also included angryman, as he is the daddy.

I feelz so honored to be so honored...by the honorable who honor...(Is that redundant?)

LOL not at all Keep doing what you do my friend, I would like to include you in a post challenge later today, I hope you join in. and @freebornangel.

I shall try and keep watch for it... @deliberator

Just face it, if you had a gazillion dollars, you wouldn'r spend your time reading through junk posts, you'd have a bot doing all that junk for you.
So what kind of social network is this when you have bots interacting with bots?
With leads me to a possibile conclusion that WE ARE THE BOTS.

Well, we are certainly the intelligence putting the posts in some kind of order so steem has value as a content ranking site.
Now if we could get the money grubbers out of the mix we could really build some value for the blockchain as an information source.

more everyday joes and janes getting to know each other.

I have noticed the same, and the trend should continue being the same as Steem gets more popular and more people start to use it.

I have noticed. People mute and unfollow, for reasons unspoken. Spam followers and the people you follow ain't as happy or whatever they'd call it. More blocks and self-centeredness is not a surprise to me.
The motivation has gone for obvious reasons. Steemit is becoming a society.
The silence before whatever comes next.

"It's why rich people live behind gates" 'Classic I love it' They couldn't live in high rise flats could they? The poor just about get away with it. The rich have too many detrimental emotional drivers to be able to form a community, greed & jealousy are about the polar opposite to love thy neighbour so that would be them screwed.

If its not walls and gates its doormen and armed guards.

That's when you can be sure that they're up to no good. they must have something to hide!!

Lol,...:bigthumbsup!:

Yep its getting mighty popular ive been trying to put people on to Steemit

There are less old timers in the mix, more newbs with a year's experience.

They may just be using Steemit and far less concerned about posting which would be good to have more investors in the market. Lol theyre in the background getring the real money
