A simple delete button takes it off the blog, but not off the blockchain.
It would still show that you reblogged, but you could take it off your front page, it you wanted to do that.

That happened to me just right now, thank goodness it was a blog about reblogging and I liked it and not the blog about the big titted grandmas....haha
