E-cigs are much better than all the gum and all the patches in the universe. Been smoke free for two years.

    try vape instead of e cig, i was a heavy smoker till my friends introduced me vaping. Started with 12mg nicotine. slowly worked my way down to 3. its much better than using gum. hope this helps.
