At what point do you stop being a Minnow and become Dolphin, or Whale

I have seen a lot of references to Minnows, Dolphins and Whales, does anyone have objective definitions of each? Where does one stop and the next level becomes applicable?

Sort Order:

It goes by the amounts of VESTS you have. Your SP represents the value of your vests. You can check steemd.com to see how many vests you have
Plankton = up to 1M VEST
Minnow = 1 to 10M VESTS
Dolphin = 10 to 100M VESTS
Orca = 100 - 1000M VESTS
Whale = more than 1000M VESTS

beans, I don't see a field labeled "VESTs". The form on the right appears to be for the overall Steem data. The forms on the right appear to be all "Posts". When I try to "Create Account" it pops me back to Steemit. What am I missing?

If you look at the top right corner, you can see that you have 2.787M Vests.

Thanks beanz, Sometimes I'm a little slow. :-)

LOL Don't be silly! We're all learning. I'm happy to help

@gamgam
I still prefer being a Plankton, cos now , I am all Mighty.

That made me chuckle.

I think that would depend on how long someone plans on growing this community.. As for me, I consider myself to be all 3, helping the whales get information out, dolphins getting the information in, and minnows learning to to become united.

Great question. But somehow I had a feeling that no clear answer would be forthcoming.

I think with the falling steem price I have turned from a dolphin into a minnow :D

At 52 I am even more minnowized.
