Oh. So bad, I never know there is such kind of ridiculous policy--government policy against taking picture of under age kids. I have ever been to Nigeria, and I even took group photos with a little baby of my Nigerian friend, I am a little puzzled about what you wrote.
I wish you can raise enough funds to help those kids come back to school.
