It's Garnished rice and Fresh Fish Pepper Soup. Eat this tonight and wake up feeling GREAT!.
Ingredients.
Chopped carrots
Green beans
Pepper soup spice
Fresh fish
Cent leaves
Fresh pepper
Onions
Ground crayfish
Seasoning cubes
Preparation.
For rice, add the chopped carrots and green beans when the rice is almost cooked to retain the crunchiness of the veggies.
Soup.
Boil your fish with cent leaves, seasoning cubes, onions, ground crayfish and add a bit of dry pepper to it(optional). Allow to boil until fish is tender (do not let the fish scatter by over boiling) then add the pepper soup spice, stir and allow to steam for two minutes. Lastly add the fresh pepper and salt.
Serve hot with the garnished rice.
