My pure love for traditional meal is undisputed. Below is :
Boiled unripe plantain with hot palm oil sauce!.
The meal is highly rich containing enough energy to keep you going for the day and keep you healthy.
Preparation for the sauce
Bleach the oil in a small pot for two minutes, add the sliced onions and fresh peppers to fry for a minute. Add grounded crayfish and seasoning cubs and stir. Fry a bit more but ensure your sauce doesn't get burnt. Quickly add salt to taste and give a final stir. Serve in a plate, eat with the boiled plantain.
