Thank you for commenting @tomion, and I'm not sure why it is set the way it is. Since the beginning many changes have been made and it could change again.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
