As I am new, I still have not got my head around the whole voting process as I believe I have zero voting power myself. Hopefully this will change over the coming months. May I have a vote please :-)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Yea you may not have much but every upvote counts. As you gain more steem your voting power increases.
    The best way to get steem to increase your voting power is to comment and interact as much as you can. Leave thoughtful comments and over time you will start earing a little more.
